The manufacturer shall assemble it on site or transport it back to us for operation and installation. We must strictly comply with the installation requirements specified by the plate heat exchanger manufacturer for assembly. Read carefully (certificate of conformity, material certificate, flow chart, assembly drawing, packing list, etc.). Check whether the raw materials of plate, receiving and gasket meet the corrosion resistance requirements of the medium in the heat exchanger. Check whether all parts are complete according to the drawing, and whether the type and scale are consistent with the drawing. Clean the gasket groove of the plate, evenly apply adhesive, stick the gasket, and then stack the plates together regularly and press a certain weight.

Assemble according to the planned flow chart and clamp in regular order. When clamping, tighten nuts 1, 2, 3 and 4 first, and then nuts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. The hydraulic test shall be carried out separately on one side. The experimental pressure is 1.25 times of the planned pressure of the equipment; Maintain the pressure for 30min, check all welding parts of the sealing box, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.

The system device of the application unit refers to the equipment sent by the manufacturer to the application unit or the equipment repaired by the application unit to the application station. This situation should be carried out in the following order. Place the equipment on the foundation and fix the anchor bolts. Check whether the cold and hot medium inlet and outlet of the pipeline are common with the receiving on the equipment. Considering the convenience of maintenance, a short joint can be used when connecting the pipeline with the heat exchanger.
