Maintenance and cleaning of various parts of plate heat exchanger

Preliminary inspection: establish archives for stainless steel plates and gaskets used in high temperature and corrosive media, and make preliminary judgment and Analysis on the corrosion of plates and the aging of gaskets, so as to formulate a reasonable cleaning scheme.

Remove the gasket: carefully remove the gasket of each plate. When removing the rubber gasket, we will take corresponding protective measures to prevent the gasket from being damaged.

Plate cleaning of heat exchanger: we will put the plates into a professional cleaning device, and there are strict control procedures in the whole cleaning process to ensure plate cleaning. For different working conditions, we formulate different cleaning schemes.

Dye penetrant inspection: using the dye penetrant inspection method, we will strictly inspect the cleaned plates to ensure that there are no cracks, corrosion points and other defects like the newly delivered plates.

Cleaning: the plates after dye penetrant testing will be cleaned again, and the cleaned plates will be quickly dried with compressed air. After cleaning, the plate surface will be as smooth as new.
