1. System configuration reason. For example, the water quantity and water temperature are not enough, resulting in the temperature on the hot side. If this is the reason, the heat exchanger is no use.

2. Plate heat exchanger itself causes. Many users only provide the heat exchange area when purchasing the heat exchanger without specific data such as heat exchange, medium flow, inlet and outlet temperature. As a result, although the model area of the purchased plate heat exchanger is correct, the process combination is unreasonable and can not achieve the expected effect. It is useless to increase the area on this basis.
