Plate heat exchanger

1. Plate heat exchanger plate is specially used for isolating medium and heat exchange in plate heat exchanger. It is an important part of plate heat exchanger. Its main materials are stainless steel (sus304.316), titanium and titanium palladium (Ti, Ti PD), 20Cr, 18Ni, 6Mo (254SMO), alloy (C276), copper (H68), etc.

Each panel contains two components:

Metal plate: it is an important heat transfer element for pressing metal sheet with ripple, sealing groove and corner hole. Ripple can not only enhance heat transfer, but also increase the and rigidity of the thin plate, so as to improve the pressure bearing capacity of the plate heat exchanger. Because it promotes the liquid to be in a turbulent state, it can reduce the formation of sediment or dirt and play a certain "self-cleaning" role.

Sealing gasket: it is installed in the gasket groove along the periphery of the plate to seal the periphery between the plates to prevent fluid leakage, and seal part of the corner holes according to the design requirements to make the cold and hot liquid flow according to their respective flow channels.

2. The positioning of the plate is determined by the contact between five metal points and metal. The three points of the upper bearing rod can prevent the plate from moving up and down. With the two points of the lower bearing rod, the plate will not move left and right.
