Heat exchanger plate

The heat exchanger plate is composed of a group of corrugated metal plates with four corner holes for the passage of two kinds of heat transfer liquids. The metal plate is installed in a frame with a fixed plate and a movable pressing plate on the side, and is clamped with clamping bolts. A sealing gasket is installed on the plate to seal the fluid channel, and guide the fluid to flow alternately to their respective flow channels to form heat exchange. Fluid flow, physical properties, pressure drop and temperature difference determine the number and size of plates. The corrugated plate not only improves the turbulence degree, but also forms many support points, which is enough to bear the pressure difference between the media. The metal plate and movable plate pressing plate are suspended on the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, and the rod end is fixed on the support column.

The flow rate is evenly distributed to remove the flow rate dead zone, so as to avoid the corrosion caused by dirt accumulation, and improve the utilization of plate heat exchange area.

The two fluids flow completely in reverse, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency.

The inlet and outlet of the same fluid are parallel piping, which simplifies the engineering installation.

Single plate simplifies maintenance.
