1. Plate deformation. Pay attention not to place or trample the plates at will during the installation. Because the thickness is relatively thin, it does not exceed 1mm. If there is deformation, it will simply affect the sealing function, and then leak.

2. Clean the gasket groove. There is a gasket groove inside each heat exchanger plate. If there are particles or impurities in the groove and it is not cleaned, it is very simple that the gasket cannot be embedded into the sealing groove, and then it leaks.

3. Order of plates. Taking unilateral flow as an example, the plate itself is the same. As long as it is reasonably distinguished, the cold and hot media can be distinguished. It is generally divided into a / b plates. Each plate rotates at 180 ° and the device enters.

4. Others. Prevent steel brush from brushing on the surface of stainless steel and excessive pickling.

The process of placing plates in plate heat exchanger is very important. Since it is necessary to check the damage of the sealing gasket of the plate in the process of the device, it is necessary to check one plate of the device. If the inspection and replacement of the sealing gasket are ignored, it will cause leakage during the pressure test operation of the plate heat exchanger.
