What are the matters needing attention in the commissioning process of heat exchanger unit?

Due to the long-term operation of the heat exchange unit, different levels of dirt or deposits will occur on the surface of the heat transfer plate, so as to add flow resistance and reduce the heat transfer performance. These are mainly expressed in the increase of the pressure difference of the pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet and the low temperature of the cold medium outlet. Therefore, we need to wash it. After washing, we need to ensure the normal operation of the product, What do we need to pay attention to in the debugging process?

1. A certain inspection garden shall be reserved around the position where the heat exchanger is installed.

Before installation, the pipeline connected with it shall be flushed to avoid sand, oil, welding slag and other sundries entering the plate heat exchanger, forming flow channel blockage or damaging plates. The heat exchanger has small floor area and light weight. In addition to the size of the equipment, it is not necessary to reserve rated inspection and installation space. The thickness of plates used for heat exchange is only 0.6 ~ 0.8mm.

3. Startup and shutdown sequence of plate heat exchanger

During shutdown, first block the medium solenoid valve at the high-pressure side, and then block the medium solenoid valve at the low-pressure side. On the day of high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving, the advantage of heat exchanger in the field of heat exchange has become increasingly obvious. It can be applied to heating, cooling and food disinfection in various process flows. It also has obvious economic benefits in terms of low-grade heat energy acceptance.

When starting up, open the medium plunger valve on the low-pressure side first, and then slowly open the medium plunger valve on the high-pressure side after the medium fills the channel of the heat exchanger.

4. Before the heat exchange unit is put into operation, check whether all clamping bolts are loose, and tighten them if any. Over the years, traditional exchangers have been exchanged in airports, hotels, commercial buildings and other fields, and excellent results have been obtained.

5. If the medium can often contain large particles of mud, sand or sundries, the supporting decontaminator produced by our factory shall be equipped in front of the heat exchanger. The fouling coefficient of the plate heat exchanger is low, and the fluid churns violently between the plates to form turbulence. A good plate plan avoids the existence of dead zone, so that impurities do not exist

The heat exchange unit is easy to accumulate and block in the channel, which ensures excellent heat exchange results.
