How should the plate heat exchanger unit be installed?

The heat exchanger unit is a very frequently used equipment now. The plate heat exchanger unit covers a small area and the heating area can reach 90%. Then how should the heat exchanger unit be installed? Next, let the heat exchanger unit show us.

1. The heat exchange unit shall be installed on the foundation 100mm above the ground (200mm underground) and leveled with rubber plate.

2. When making concrete foundation, factors such as standardized arrangement of unit nozzles and pipes in the machine room shall be fully considered. 1 ~ 1.5m maintenance and operation space should be reserved around the unit.

3. Before installation, strictly check whether the heat exchange unit is abnormal. After confirmation, correctly connect the pipeline according to the accompanying documents.

4. Water processor, filter, etc. shall be set according to the water quality; When the steam pressure is greater than 0.6MPa, another pressure reducing valve must be set; Safety valve, exhaust valve and other accessories shall be set on the system pipeline to facilitate the operation of the whole system.

5. The system and pipeline connected to the heat exchange unit can only be connected to the unit interface after being flushed to prevent impurities in the pipeline from being washed into the heat exchanger.

6. Power electricity (380V / 50Hz, three-phase four wire system) only needs to be distributed to the electric control cabinet. The electric control cabinet must be grounded (grounding resistance ≤ 10 Ω). Try to power on and check whether the electric control cabinet is abnormal.

7. After installation, the heat exchange unit and connecting pipeline shall be subject to hydrostatic test within the working pressure range to confirm that they are correct.

8. According to the actual needs, the user shall consider whether to insulate the pipes and equipment of the heat exchange unit.
