Why does the heat exchanger unit fail to reach the set temperature?

Heating is a very important thing in winter in the north. At this time, the heat exchanger unit plays a great role, but there may be insufficient heating temperature in the process of use. Let's analyze the reasons why the heat exchanger unit can't reach the set temperature.

1. Insufficient medium flow at the primary side leads to large temperature difference and small pressure drop at the hot side.

2. The cold side temperature is low, and the cold and hot end temperatures are low.

3. The flow distribution of multiple plate heat exchangers operating in parallel is uneven.

4. The scale inside the heat exchanger is serious.

The low temperature of secondary water supply may be due to the following reasons:

(1) Lack of water supply flow at the primary side of heat exchange unit:

Check whether all valves of water supply and return pipelines at the primary side are opened. Check whether the primary water supply filter is blocked.

If all valves are opened, judge the pressure difference between supply and return water again. If the pressure difference is less than 0.05Mpa, please increase the flow of the thermal power company. If the water pressure difference between supply and return at the primary side is greater than 0.15Mpa, please clean the plate heat exchanger.

(2) Poor secondary side system of heat exchange unit:

Check whether all valves of the secondary side water supply and return pipeline are opened. Check whether the secondary side filter is blocked.

The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the secondary side heat exchanger is higher than 0.15Mpa, and the heat exchanger is blocked. Please clean the plate heat exchanger.
