Passive dry node communication interface is reserved for plate heat exchanger unit controller

1. Fully automatic operation: the star plate heat exchanger unit adopts the automatic operation scheme that can be started with one key, which greatly avoids the loss caused by misoperation. After power transmission, the controller works and the unit starts in sequence after self inspection.

2. For remote monitoring, a passive dry node communication interface shall be reserved for the star plate heat exchanger unit controller. It can collect and observe the outlet water temperature and pressure of the unit, the opening of the electric control valve, the operation status and frequency of the water pump, and the fault alarm. RS485 interface and open communication protocol can be provided.

3. Protection function: overtemperature protection. When the secondary water supply temperature exceeds the set temperature, the electric control valve will close automatically to avoid out of control.

For power-off protection, the set parameters and operation status parameters after power-off remain the settings before power-off.

Timing switching function, start different pumps each time, and the operation time of each pump is roughly the same.
