High temperature steam water heat exchanger

The heat exchanger is composed of a high-temperature tubular heat exchanger and a low-temperature plate heat exchanger, which belongs to two-stage heat exchange.

The circulation mode of thermal medium is that steam flows from the top of the heat exchange device in the high-temperature section. After heat exchange in the high-temperature section, the medium temperature is reduced to below 150 ℃, and then enters the low-temperature section for full heat exchange. The steam condensate after heat exchange in the low-temperature section can be recovered or used as make-up water.

The cold medium enters the cold medium inlet of the low-temperature section through the pump. After heat exchange in the low-temperature section, the outlet temperature of the cold medium is connected to the cold medium inlet of the high-temperature section. After high-temperature heat exchange, it enters the heating pipe network and forms a circulation through the user.

It is suitable for urban central heating, domestic hot water and air conditioning systems with superheated steam or saturated steam as the thermal medium.
